Kids need movement for good health
Children's lifestyles while growing up will likely have an effect on their adulthood, therefore it is important to develop good eating and physical activity habits at a young age.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that “children and adolescents should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of physical activity each day.”
Children have a lot of energy to burn, and sitting and paying attention for about six hours a day in school is difficult for them. They need some physical activity at least hourly.
